Every day, Coldwater Direct Primary Care strives to serve you, the patient, and not the insurance companies. Coldwater Direct Primary Care provides medical care for individuals and families under one flat monthly fee.
Single Member
$89 MonthlyMember + Spouse or Child *
$159 Monthly * Child must be under 25 years oldFamily *
$229 Monthly * Family constitutes members + spouse and children up to 5 individuals. Additional family members $25/month.No long term contracts, cancel any time. There is a $150 enrollment fee per household
Insurance Payment
Coldwater Direct Primary Care does not participate with any insurance companies or government insurance for payments to the clinic. The insurance model perpetuates the "quick fix" approach, without allocating adequate time to determine the root cause of discomfort or disease and not allowing time to focus on prevention.
